2026 World Choir Games
This August, Myriad Ensemble will travel to Helsingborg, Sweden to compete in the 2026 World Choir Games - the largest international choral competition in the world.

We have been invited to compete in the Champions Competition in two categories:

-
Adult Choirs of Equal Voices

-
Folklore & Indigenous Music with Accompaniment
This is more than a competition. It is a chance to represent Burlington, Ontario, and Canada on a global stage to show the world the artistry, excellence, and heart of this ensemble.

Myriad SINGS is a peer-to-peer fundraising campaign hosted on CanadaHelps to support the fundraising efforts of special Myriad initiatives. This year, we are raising money to boost our Travel Fund with the specific purpose of supporting our choristers’ travel to the World Choir Games. Your support ensures that every chorister can participate without financial barriers limiting their involvement.

It means:

-
Reducing the individual cost each singer must pay

-
Supporting the full ensemble experience — including artistic leadership, rehearsal preparation, and on-the-ground coordination abroad

-
Making participation possible for students and young professionals at formative stages of their careers

-
Creating greater financial accessibility for members navigating a range of life circumstances

-
Allowing Myriad to represent our community with the full strength of the ensemble
Your contribution helps offset registration fees, international travel, accommodations, and more, but more importantly, it helps remove barriers.
Ways to donate:

-
via our Myriad SINGS CanadaHelps campaign
-
